Leather Care
How to Clean and Care your Leather Goods
While leather is a tough material, it’s important to remember that it can still dry, crack, and stain if it's not cared for.
Small leather goods like wallets and key organisers do not need any maintenance if you use them regularly as the natural oil from your hands is enough to keep the leather conditioned.
Care Instructions
You can use neutral colour leather conditioner/balm to condition any leather product.
- If your leather has picked up dirt, use a slightly damp cloth to remove any visible dirt from the leather.
- Allow it to air dry. Do not use external dryers like hair dryer or heat.
- Try a small amount of conditioner on a hidden patch of leather to preview results.
- Start with small amount by applying in circular motion with your hand or clean neutral colour cotton cloth.
- Leather will start to absorb conditioner immediately and may darken slightly but will return to original state by next day.
- Repeat every 3-6 months to maintain, protect and extend the life of a leather product.
